Mower Flywheel(B&S)

I have a Briggs & stratton 375 sprint push mower motor and i cant get the fly wheel of to replace it on the top there is a black cap that wont budge can you help me

on a lot of them briggs engines the rust bad I have spayed penatrating oil on them it will soak in look and see if it has a locking screw on it then take a pry bar and put it under the edgeand pry up at the same time hit the nut on top with a hammer losen the nut first this will jar it lose I have done this trick on a lot of briggs motors every thing from 5hrp to 18 hrp
