My niece has her natural father who is from Boliva South America and would like information on how to find about him and his family.

What information do you have about him? Have you tried doing a google search on his name? Make sure to use quotes if you do a search on google or yahoo such as "Fred Smith" and try "Smith, Fred" for example.

Please post more information you have about him (not specifics for privacy reasons). Such as if you know which city he lives in, state that you know so I can give you a better idea of what types of searches to do and where you can go to search.
