no fault divorce in states that have it means, that there is a breakdown of marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no resonable liklihood that the marriage can be preserved, so in other words, if you don't like the way the spouse combs their hair, you can get a divorce, it is no fault, no one has to have fault, you can just divorce them for any reason, IT SUCKS, AND MARRIAGES ARE JUST NOT TAKIN; SERIOUS ANY MORE, hope this helps
