OLD COCA-COLA COOLER

I have a old Coca-Cola I think it is a Ice chest but not sure, It has racks on the bottom of it. The inside has a place in it that looks like a drain in the right corner. The lid is not original on the top. Could you possibly tell me about what year this may Be. Or what kind it is called. Can send pics
