if oe perso saysi love you before the other doesnt mean the other person doesnt love the perso that said it. it could be to soon or she doesnt want to bepressured into it.. the perso that says i love you first needsto sit and talk to the person tat didnt say it and ask if its to soon or does it feel like they are being pressured. or if they simply dont have the same feelings. you will neve knmow unless you ask and can talk about it talking is the best thing i a relationship why not start early on..
