A yellow discharge is often associated with infection, and dead white blood cells. I would take it to the vet, as soon as possible.

Your dog might be affected by a infection when a dogs pregnant. You need to feed your dog as much protein as u can it could be that you feeding your dog something wrong take her to the vet and have her checked out.
