Prevention and treatment of bruises.

My wife and I are 67 years old, we bruise real easy, usually we don't know when or how we get the bruises, we try treating it with vit k, but it doesn't work very well. It also seems that we bruise from the elbows down to our hands. I have not seen very many bruises above the elbow. What can we do to prevent these bruise, besides living in a bubble, and how can we treat them and make them disappear shorter than two or three weeks? Thanks Paul & Jeannette

Firstly are you both taking asprin because asprin thins the blood and any simple knocks on any part of your body can cause bruises.The most common bruising is found on arms and legs.If worried consult your doctor. Good luck.
