I have a proscan (new 1993) which has not had much use.
I have misplaced the owner's manual, I do recall how to reset the system. It will not turn on. I think there is a way to reset systems power by useing the front panel controls. A power supply problem? This Model PS35653 also has the GO.VIDEO-4060 Dual Deck VCR as well as a HD DVD player.
