ROOMMATE PROBLEMS

MY GIRLFRIEND HAS A ROOMMATE THAT BRING STRANGE GUYS TO THE APARTMENT AND MULTIPLE GUYS AT THAT AND THEY ALL SMOKE WEED IN THE APARTMENT SHE HAS ASKED THAT THEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SMOKE WEED BUT THE REFUSE. NOW THEY LIVE IN TEXAS AND THE BOTH SIGN THE LEASE IF SHE GOES TO THE OFFICE TO TELL THEM THAT HER ROOMMATE IS SMOKING WEED IN THE APARTMENT WHICH IS A LEASE VIOLATION WILL SHE BE EVICTED ALSO?

but it hasnt stop the roommate smokes all the time in the apartment my girl doesnt want to be evicted if they find out but is also afriad to talk to the office do to the fact she doesnt wanna be evicted

Well first off I would tell the office the issue is resolved and you told them to leave. On the other hand they need to listen to your explanation if you can not afford the apt by yourself, talk to them about whether or not you can get another room mate. These apt complexes hate people moving in and out, so with that said they sometimes try to work with you. But if you can't afford it by yourself, then you to will be liable for the lease if you move abruptly.
