Reverse lights 1999 Subaru

My reverse lights dont work on my 1999 Legacy Sport Uliity Sudan. I have replaced the fuses, the bulbs, and the inhibitor switch. I have also checked the light sockets and nothing is wrong with them. Please help me with this problem.
