Rough Idling

I have a 2005 Ford F-150, There are no engine lights on but the truck is running rough. I have changed the breather and also the plugs and the fuel filter.I have ran the products from the auto store through the fuel. It seems that anything that I do does not work.Any ideas?

I have a ford festiva (australia) and I have had similar problems, I have had all sorts of things fixed on the car, the dissy cap, lead, plugs, new air filter, rotor button in dissy and today I had the MAP Sensor hose replaced, so this might be the answer to your problems? I am not sure it's the answer to mine yet but I have been assured that it will be.
