Rough engine idle

my 1996 Geo Tracker has just recently started with a rough idle and trouble shifting. All fluid levels are fine and had just had an oil change. The service engine soon light has been on and the EGR valve has been replaced. It still keeps coding for EGR. Is there a vacuun leak or some leak in the emission control system?
