Should I buy the Acura TL or Nissan Maxima?

Looking at purchasing either a 2007 Acura TL or a 2007 Nissan Maxima. What are some of the major differences between the two cars? What are some of your personal opinions/experiences with either of them? I am looking for some things to take note of before I go test drive.
