Tongue ring bar stuck in tongue

I pierced my tongue 2 weeks ago and the ring bar thats suposed to be on the outside is stuck in my tongue,what should i do cause I dont want my parents to know?

Wow if u dont want ur parents to know u need to suck the pain up and start pulling either way to get it out asap the longer it stays in ur tongue the quicker ur tongue will grow closed on the end there isnt a ball coming out and u will not get it out... If u cant get it out after few days u need to go to walk in or er cuz u will have some pain and discomfort u cant bare with.. Good luck
