Turns on and off three times whistles no picture or sound

I have a 52 inch RCA flat screen HD TV the picture will not come on and when we turn it on it whistles once or twice but no picture or sound appears

it would be the fuse. take it apart carefully and look at the fuse on the circuit board to see if it blown.

aint the fuse the high tension circuit is faulty try taking off cover remove dust to stop the voltage tracking thru the dust if this faiols it is stuffed
