major downside if for those who live in snowy areas. If snow is wet and heavy, it will stick to your dish and you sill be out of signal until removed. If your dish is mounted on the roof, where you cannot get to in order to remove the snow, you will not have any signals. So place your dish near a window where you can get to it with a broom
