WHEN I PRESS THE GAS TO GO IN A 2000 TOYOTA CELICA IT DOES NOT GO OR MAY STALL OUT I HAVE TO LET THE GAS PEDDLE GO SLOWLY AND NOT TO MUCH AND IT ONLY GOES 25 MPH AND WHEN I CATCH SPEED I GET ABOUT TO 40 MPH AND IF I GO UP A HILL I LOSE ABOUT ALL THE SPEED AND ARE GOING ABOUT 2MPH

check the spark plugs and fuel injectors. Check the fuel filter. check the fuel pump
