What do these markings on my ring mean? And how much is it worth?

I found a ring and around the inside it has the markings C m/j(with the m up higher than than j)14KT? It has what looks to be 12 small diamonds around the outside (6 on each side in 1,2,3 order) of what looks to be a pearl. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

14kt is for 14kt gold
the C is more than likely for cubic zerconia
and the m/j is probably for the jewelry maker.
