What fluid can I use for inside a big dipping bird?

Question by Flantoons Reward: Log in to view Status: Pending a resolution
I am interested in making a dipping bird, a big one a few feet tall.
I need a low boiling point liquid to go inside.
In the small toy version Methylene Chloride is used, boiling point 39.6c.
But this chemical is impossible to buy in the UK...
What can I use instead please?

At this site , freon or ether were used for the bird. They may be dangerous if the bird breaks. Please research the health concerns before doing the project and possible fire hazard when making a big bird.
