What might be the salient reasons of defactive red blood cell ?

How can I find a way out for the main reason of defective red blood cells ? If I perform the test "RBC life span" or what sorts of more test pls advise the name of test ?

Several diseases include defective red blood cells and anemia . Some are genetic , some are not. You will find a listing of diseases which causes anemia and how it can be treated. So do your homework , see if other symptoms are present and be prepared to discuss the diagnostic and treatment with your physician .
