Why is my 8 month old male BLUE&GOLD tapping his beak together @ me????

I own a 8 month old male Blue and Gold Mccaw and he just started tapping his beak together @ me.. and I want to know why?? Is this a ALPHA-thing that he is trying to test to see?? Or is it just a male bird thing.

I had a female blue and gold and she never did this.

get a book and read up about your pet this is natural and if you think he is testing you i thinj you need a holiday,and do get that book on your pets pshcology any good book on macaws tell you what you need to know
