bloody hell insomniac you damn fool.YES you can if the lice are infected with blood from an aids victim.the same cann be said for the moscito and other blood sucking insects animals or if you believe in them vampires.seriously though anything that comes into contact with infected blood IS a possible source of passing on infections not only aids but all sorts of things that are transmitted by blood and bodily fluids.hope this helps....unlike that fool insomniac.please dont give glib lighthearted answers on such a serious subject.go to sleep insomniac or go to a chat room....
