Brad is mostly correct except for the part about evolution. Fossils prove evolution. You can see gradual changes from species to species by observing fossil records. Usually only fundamental Christians don't want to accept the law of evolution since it disproves the bible. However, legitimate scientists all agree on the laws evolution with the latest in scientific advancements. The biggest thing they show is that there is no such thing as evolution...look at a snail from millions of years ago and look at a snail today. The same is true with every species alive before being fossilized to now if they are not extinct.
The next thing they reveal is the earth had ocean where there is now none...but before the earth was covered with water there was a paradise here witnessed by palm trees under the Alaskan tundra and flowers.
People are animals and many tribes went extinct and others learned from their mistakes. When death comes by earth changes the fossils tell of the event like nothing else.

brad ought come to somerset where there is masses of fossils about 50 ft below earth level, Evolution is REAL down here.
