auto cd and radio locked by manufacture

I have a chevy van. My radio and clock stopped working.It has a factory alarm installed when I got the car. The car was used when I got it. Now the clock and radio has stopped working and it shows loc on the digital display. How/who/which dealer do I call and give the vin number so they can unlock the security system

Should be able to take it to any Chevy dealer. Make sure to bring some proof that you own the car (such as title, registration, etc.) and they will give you the code for your radio.
