caps or veeners

My wife grins her teeth at night. Upper four front teeth shorter than normal. Wants to lengthen them.
Should she go with caps or veeners? If veeners even with a night guard would they pop off after several years?

caps sir i have same prob and i had caps cos yup veneer come off and isnt really the right way to solve problem
