car cant shift

I dont have a credit card to offer an reward but despretly need to get to work ive tried everything and cannot get my car to shift from park any ideas would help

Try checking fuses, there is a shift lock on most newer cars. or try turning key one notch and then try shifting in nuetral . You can start the car in nuetral and then shift it in any gear once it is started
