car have bad viberation at a steady speed

I have a 95 cougar xr7 why dose it viberate when I'm at a steady speed have done a tune up and still viberates

somthing is loose.where is it comong from.does it get faster with speed.is it a srtonger vibe when fast does the tone change..more input please
