will 24" wheels hurt my 2004 Cadillac truck in any way?

they should'nt, I recomend you jack up the vehicle, and put a tire on and check the clearances all the way around, turning the front tires in and out to make sure they clear everything, but as far as the transmission as long as you have 4 tires that are all the same size, you should have no problem, it will or should make your speedometer a tad bit off, but not much, around my neck of the woods there are many escalades with "24's" on them
