car truck collision at intersection

my car had a collision with a truck (5T trucl) last week. Before the accident the veickles were going westbound and stoped for the red light side by side. the truck was in the left lane. when the light turned green, I went straight while the truck was turning right. the left side of my car from driver's mirrior to rear fender were riped off. My question is whose fault in this accident.
