my car was taken away by the police to day & they have put it in a compound how long will they keep it ther four @ will or can they sell it off

The police will usually hold your car for a week. however if you do not porduce the documentation needed, with release and compound fees your car will be crushed.

you can get a friend with a trailer to take it away from cop shop.or someone with documents to take it away.keep in contact with them they will charge you for storage and if in the end it is crushed they bloody put a charge on that..
