smart question
the fizz come from the cavitation (instant change from liquid to gas) that change happened when the material gain heat which increase the kinetic energy of the liquid otherwise it depends on temperature. when the lemonade temperature is high close to body temperature so the heat transfer is less the evaporation is less(less fizz)
when the difference between body temperature and cold lemonade is big then more evaporation more fizz.
