cell phone photos

i have over 300 photos on my cell phone. is there any way to transfer them to my computer without having to send them?

Unless you purchase a phone to computer cable, you may have to send them. The other options are:
If your phone has infrared (irda) you can beam them to most laptops that have irda ports.
If your phone has bluetooth, you can send them via bluetooth to a computer with a bluetooth adaptor installed.

Without the model there is one thing I can suggest, I used to work for a cell phone company's service repair shop and if you bring it in to an authorized dealer they can extract any data off the device, including pictures. They shouldn't charge you for it either, but they might have to ship it off.

That phone supports PC sync, so you will need to get a data cable. They are quite cheap, or you can take into the service department like I mentioned. Perhaps if you can find one that is generous, they would pull it off for you in the store onto a USB flash drive.
