take the tires off, on the inside of the caliper, there is a allen head bolt or two, loosen them and pop caliper off, it is pretty simple, to do, should have no prob, might have to uce a large C-clamp to push the cylinders back in, open the brake fluid resivoir first tho, and turn the c-clamp slowly as it will push fluid back thru lines into resivoir. might have to heat up the bolt with a torch to help loosen the rust on them, when i say inside i don't mean where the pads are, i mean on the inside under wheel well near where the hose goes into caliper

hope this helps a bit

Exactly what todd said. Also on some cars and trucks a c-clamp is not needed if the caliper pistons look like a huge flat head screwdriver fits inside there. You can turn them (clockwise I believe) to open them. If they don't have that feature then you will need to use the c-clamp as todd says.
