i have an ibm netvista intel pentium4 that was gave to me and all i need is ram,but''i would like to know if i could put this motherboard in my pentium3 without any issues?

Can you clarify what is meant by putting the motherboard in the pentium 3? Do you know the model numbers for the motherboards and processors?
