I'm on a tight budget, but need to get a cel phone. I'd like one which is easy to use and can access facebook, etc. Txting is important. What's the best phone for the money and the best, cheapest plan. Thanks for input.

Depends on the companies near you. Here in the South, we have a local company that has the best rates. If you are on a tight budget, then look into state issued cell phones. You won't get access to the internet, but the rates would be good.
