copy audio book from computer to CD

I Please explain I have 2 long audio books on my computer stored in Itunes and want to transfer to CD. Cannot work out how to do it and what type of CD to use.Please explain in simple terms!!

The first thing you will need to do is purchase CD-R s (CD Recordables) at your local computer or office store. Even supermarkets carry them nowadays, but they may not be the best quality there.

Once you place the CD-R into your CD Recorder (which is where you normally put your CDs into), then follow these simple instructions:

You may need to record your audio books onto a few CDs depending on how long the audio books are. Do you plan on playing them in a CD player or a player that is capable of playing MP3s?

Apple supports burning directly from iTunes, if you highlight the songs and right click there is an option to burn to CD. You might have to add them to a playlist first, I don't have my mac in front of me but it is straight forward.
