WE have lived in the same residence for(11) years.we paid $350.00 for damage deposit.I am needing to know how much interest on a yearly basis is to be paid?

In most places, none. Check with your local district, call the court house and ask.

Not true. Actually, a damage deposit should be in an interest bearing account. Check your lease. If you do not have one, just google interest rate on damage deposit in your state.
