I will open an adult dating website ,and i need a limited liability form for my website ,were can i get that form and how much will it cost if register in texas - please help

To start a limited liability company in texas, go to http://www.window.state.tx.us to find the form. You will list the managing members and some other information. If I remember correctly the cost is about $400.

wont cost nuffin if you get advice and write it yourself.if you are asking at this stage i suggest you go and do a lot more research .look on other dating sites and see what thier liability form consists of and modify it to suit your site
