No, this is an untrue mith that cutting a worm in 2 will make 2 worms from 1. However the front part (the head and the 5 hearts) may survive and grow back a missing tail , while the other part will die. It is cruel to cut animals to satisfy our own curiosity . Please do not cut them. They feel the pain.
