my 15 year old daughter and i argue and yell at each other is it considered domestic violence

well, yeah...why are you yelling? yelling Really won't solve ANYTHING, or you wouldnt be fighting anymore... why not sit down and discuss things like...well... adults?

that dont help does it why dont others be sensible.yes it is classed as domestic violencs.from and by whom is only your business.because the other party is a minor you will be classed as the responsible one and the other party will not be seen as in the wrong.the law is daft coz a 15 yr old can more than hold thier own
in an arguement caused by inexperiance and attitude. this is a dodgy road to go down asking these questions coz legally no one wins only the parasitic solicitors who dont card who wins as long as they get paid.beswt to sort it yourself.either talk if that dont work sort differant living arraingement as you cant carry on like this.also try not to forget how you were wgen you were a young lass.good luck and be patiant

It is considered verbal abuse and can escalate to a more physical level if allowed to continue Do seek counseling. Sounds like there are underlying issues that need to be brought to light and addressed or you will never get pass the yelling. I realize that the teens years are very difficult. She may only be acting out her frustrations. Patience. I know it is easy for me to say. But I have been there done that with my son and until we sat down with a neutral party were we able to resolve are issues. Wish you both the best.

no, mothers and daughters always have there ups and downs, take her shopping and have some 1 on 1 time together
