I dont know english very well and i want to go to an english college in islington.can you please help me and tell me which college I should go to.

Islington , Canada is a suburb of Toronto so maybe a college in Toronto is an option. There is a college for learning English http://www.yellow-net.com/metropolitan-english-college-toronto/pages/private_classes.htm .
You do not mention if you want to study English as your major. The most spoken language in Toronto is English so any non French college may do.
