fan/heater problems

2001 dodge dakota.my fan and heat does't work no matter what setting it's on.

it sounds like you probably need a heater resistor. i usually dont replace them without the heater blower motor though. usually when one goes the other is not far behind. either that is the problem or you have a problem with the heater switch. but before you replace any of the above, check your fuses and relays.
