use equation m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1), where m = slope, (x1,y1) is one point from line and (x2,y2) is the second point from line.

Substitute point values into equation to find slope (i.e. solve for m).
Then use equation

y - y1 = m(x - x1),

find point (x1,y1) such that y1 = 0 from graph, then substitute values m computed above and (x1,0) from graph to get equation of line.
