Well if they are in your house and yard use Seven Dust you can usually find it at any feed store if they are just on your pet talk to your vet about Comfortise

the Vet has many sprays, shampoos, drops, and powders to get rid of them in and around your home.

could try tea tree oil,lavender,citronella,or ylang ylang.they smell nicer than chemicals and they work..
