foot brake mercedes problem

Hi I've got a Mercedes c200 2001 compressor.I'm having problem with the dreaded foot brake,Ive changed all the rear disks pads shoes greased all the mechanisms to find when leaving the car overnight and coming to it in the morning that on pulling the release handle on the brake that its sticking on identified by yhe light on the dash board....please can someone help thanks mat.......
