fuel injected 90 plymouth sundance?

my plymouth sundance wont start but it will turn over. i have checked the plugs and wires and have changed the cap and rotor air filter is good but i am not sure if its fuel because it is fuel injected

the best way to tell if you have a fuel problem or not is to try to start the car with someone spraying it with starting fluid. if the car starts you probably need a fuel pump. if it still does not start the first thing i would check is the ignition control module. you can remove it and have it tested at autozone.
