i last saw my dad in 1974 in usa. my mum got a divorce and brought us kids back to the uk.. how can i trace him for free? his name is max j gartmann born april 1943 in pennsylvania - his mother is fay gartmann age 94 and residing in altoona pennsylvania.can anyone help me please?
