Can anyone answer what a employer must do once an employee ceases work. After giving the correct notice to leave upon final day asking about pay my brother was told it has not been calculated(holiday pay), come in next week. After comming in th following week was told he isn't getting any as they changed his pay structure without telling him,and was being paid as a casual not fulltime and has no entitlement. He was the person in charge of logistics and delivery in a building supply yard, 38hrs/week$16.59/hr. The yard has changed hands and was under the former employer for 2 years, the new people for 10 months, he was expecting two weeks holiday pay.What to do
