how can I tell how far along I am or what day the baby was conceived??

I just took a pregnancy test on dec. 19th this test was positive. I think my last period was on or about November 13 th. How far along am I and how can I tell about what day the baby was conceived?

about 3 months...you concieved between October 10th and October 21st...
