just think how much money you could save...
what you could do with the money...
the influence on other people and the fact you are respected less for it...

and the most important thing...you are paying someone to kill you

I stopped smoking 20 years ago but it was not easy.I tried many times ,and tried to smoke less instead of stopping and I always got back to my one and a half pack.
To stop smoking ,I needed a real comitment to myself and be sure that I really wanted to stop.
I bougth my last carton , tried to smoke it slowly it for several days and I decided that after that I will not to touch even one cigarette . It is all or nothing . Stop buying them . I suffered the first week the most and slowly I a became a little more confortable .I did not use gum or anything else . So I needed a real MOTIVATION and to decide not to take ONE cigarrette .It is tuff but it is worth it. (I still miss smoking after 20 years but I wont take any.) GOOD LUCK TO YOU
